Remember/Honor Your Loved Ones

If you have lost someone that you deeply care about or have a family member/friend living with a difficult disease, a digital fundraiser is the perfect way to honor them and help save the lives of others. Consider creating a tribute page that supports life-saving research and clinical care at Yale School of Medicine.

Tribute Pages 

Tribute pages provide family and friends with a place to share memories and honor/remember loved ones by supporting important biomedical research, clinical care practice, and medical education at Yale School of Medicine. 

Yale School of Medicine has many areas you can support on your tribute page. When you go to create your page, you will have the option to support one of our departments, institutes, and centers (e.g., Yale Cancer Center, Neurology, Women's Health Research at Yale) or one of our Campaign Strategic Initiatives (e.g., Diabetes and Metabolism, Health Equity). You will then be directed to choose a specific fund where we should direct donations raised through your fundraiser.

*Please note that the fundraising page creation form will have a "Fundraising Goal" question. Enter $0 in this field if you are creating a tribute page so that a fundraising thermometer will not generate on your page.*
